Our Ladies Clodagh Hat 202 offers a retro feel with an updated twist. Inspired by the popular TV series Downton Abbey the Ladies Flapper Hat is available in  a variety of colors to complement any outfit.

This versatile heritage style hat can be worn in two ways – turned up to show the solid color underneath, or down so only the tweed fabric can be seen. Beautifully made, its finishing touches include a narrow band with a two-button detail. A timeless accessory to love for years to come.

Handcrafted by Mucros Weavers at Muckross House , Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland, where master weavers use only the finest yarns on Hattersly looms that are almost 200 years old. This tweed hat is made from 100% wool.

For over thirty years Mucros Weavers have produced quality woven accessories, under the expert eye of master weaver John Cahill. Our colorful  capes, ponchos, scarves, ladies hats, men’s hats and waistcoats are made from materials such as wool, mohair and alpaca. Our handbag and purse collection add elegance and style to any outfit.

Visitors to Muckross House can still see spinning and weaving carried out the traditional way, in the craft workshop.
