Return Policy
We at Out of Ireland, aim to provide the best customer service and quality of product. If your product arrives damaged we will replace your product at no cost to you. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in the return of a damaged product. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt via e-mail or phone.
We also offer a 30-day exchange policy. We do not cover shipping to return or resend an item for exchange. Only one exchange allowed per product.
All products for return or exchange must be in their original package, must not have been used or worn, and have the original tags attached.
Please contact us prior to returning any item so that we can assist you with your return. Include with the return your name, address, phone number, order number and the reason for the return.
The following items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturer defect or error.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may still be able to make changes to your order as long as we have not shipped the order already. For made to order and personalized items we may still be able to alter an order so long as the process of making the product has not already begun. We will try our best to accommodate any changes.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days via USPS first class or priority mail. If you need a rush delivery please specify this in notes and we will try to accommodate your request. Made to order items such as some gold rings will take longer to ship, usually within 2-3 weeks. Again if you need a made to order by a certain date please note this in the shopping cart.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock or an item may not be in stock at the time of your order, due to high demand at our store in Historic Smithville. If this was to occur we will contact you immediately and have the item back in stock to ship to you , usually within one week. You may also contact us regarding out of stock items on this website to inquire when they will be back in stock.
