Return Policy
We at Out of Ireland, aim to provide the best customer service and quality of product. If your product arrives damaged we will replace your product at no cost to you. We will refund any shipping charges incurred in the return of a damaged product. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt via e-mail or phone.
We also offer a 30-day exchange policy. We do not cover shipping to return or resend an item for exchange. Only one exchange allowed per product.
All products for return or exchange must be in their original package, must not have been used or worn, and have the original tags attached.
Please contact us prior to returning any item so that we can assist you with your return. Include with the return your name, address, phone number, order number and the reason for the return.
